Boldman Mining Enterprise is a mining company engaged principally in ventures involving base minerals, metals and actual mining. The company’s principal investment is a percentage interest from Tsepa Consulting (Pty) Ltd which it controls though independently. The company, through its various joint-venture entities and subsidiary companies, is involved in the mining of coal, chrome and gold together with other industrial minerals and the production of platinum. 100% of the company’s shares are controlled by four broad-based black economic empowerment males.
